Membership
The Club is a corporation, and the present initiation fee represents a percentage of the current value of the stock. In addition, dues are charged each year (payable quarterly) and all other charges (meals, etc.) are paid at the time of each visit to the club. If a member resigns, he offers his share back to the Club, and it is repurchased by the Club at 25% of the existing initiation fee. Currently the membership is full, but inquiries are welcome.
